Easy Peasy Green Banana Pancake Recipe

Curve your Craving for Carbs! 

Make your wintery mornings amazing and more filling!
Start the day with our 5 minute glorious Green Banana pancakes
and you will feel more energetic, your cravings for carbs will be over and you get 30% of your fibre intake! 

You need : 

2 eggs

1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda 
1/4 tsp gluten free baking powder 
splash of vanilla extract 
Optional: handful of fresh blueberries or/and 1 tbsp. dry fruit 
Mix well. Heat up your non-stick pan. Make awesome pancakes. 
Serve with plant based yoghurt, honey, fresh fruit and ... enjoy!
