The BBC Good Food Show Producers Bursary Award Scheme, managed by Katy Truss of Fabulous Food Finds, is now in its seventh successful year and rewards the most deserving, small, independent artisan producers. In order to apply, businesses must fulfill the criteria of producing an outstanding regional, specialty or artisan item, have a low annual turnover and be less than three years old.
